am 22.02.2012 habe ich einen Kindersitz bestellt. Als Liefertermin stand: 24.02 - 27.02. Soweit - so gut.
Am 01.03.2012 steht der Satus unverändert auf "Bestellung ist eingegangen". Auf eine Mail-Anfrage kommt sehr schnell eine Antwort: "Ich überprüfe Ihre Bestellung". Nach ein paar Tagen kommt unangemeldet die Lieferung ins Haus. Ein Glück, dass jemand zu Hause war, denn sonst dürfte ich das ziemlich große Paket von der Post selbst nach Hause schleppen. Staus der Sendung: "Bestellung ist eingegengen". Erst am nächsten Tag nach(!) der Lieferung bekomme ich eine Mail: "Ihre Bestellung wurde abgeschickt".
Ansonsten war alles OK: der Preis ist gut, die Ware entspricht der Beschreibung, Antwort auf Mail-Anfrage kam sehr schnell.
Fazit: empfehlenswert (bis auf ein paar Bequemligkeitskleinigkeiten).
